| How to Have a Self-guided Afterlife Connection Experience |
Evidence the Self-guided Afterlife Connections Are Real Connections |
| The Self-guided Afterlife Connection procedure is available to anyone without cost at http://selfguided. spiritualunderstanding.org. You must have a set of headphones you can use to listen to the narrations. Allow 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to complete each stage of the procedure. You must go through the seven stages in order so you learn the procedure and have the highest likelihood of a connection.

In the journals participants wrote during the study evaluating the Self-guided Afterlife Connections procedure, a number of participants described learning things during the Self-guided Afterlife Connection they could not have known, but then learned were true. These are validations given freely by those on the next plane of life to reassure us that the connections are genuine.
